The programme consists of three stages that you progress into after the Sales Programme, allowing you to develop the business and the team-building knowledge step by step, and at a pace that suits you. As you progress through each stage, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of leadership, accountability, and the systems behind running a successful operation. The goal is to give you the skills, confidence, and support needed to eventually lead and grow a business of your own. Along the journey, you’ll gain:

We work on a performance-based earnings model, which means your earnings are based entirely on results – not hours. The better you perform, the more you earn. There’s no cap, no limits – just you, your goals, and your hustle.

It means you’re the face of the brand. You’ll be speaking directly to customers – whether that’s at events, businesses, or door-to-door – sharing products, services, and causes you actually believe in.

As an independent Brand Ambassador, you’re in control. You choose what days you work, and what you want to achieve. We provide the tools and support – the rest is up to you
