Our Story
7Miles started with a simple goal: to learn, grow, and take a chance on something new.
What began as a dream for an average girl from a small village in Poland soon became something much bigger. While studying at university, our founder entered the industry as a student, initially looking for a summer job and a chance to improve her communication skills.
What was meant to be a temporary opportunity quickly grew into a passion for sales and fundraising, inspired by the energy, the people, and the impact of connecting brands with customers. Just 18 months later, that same opportunity led her to take the leap and prepare to launch her own business.
That journey led to the opening of 7Miles – a company built on the same opportunities that helped shape the beginning of her own story. Since then, the business has had the chance to work with major brands while helping others step into the industry, develop their skills, and grow their own careers.
It’s a story of taking chances, working hard, and discovering that the right opportunity can open doors to possibilities you never imagined.

Milena is the founder of 7Miles and the driving force behind the company’s vision of creating opportunities through sales, marketing, and personal development. Originally from a small village in Poland, Milena began her journey in the industry while studying at university, simply looking for a summer job and a chance to improve her skills. At 7Miles, Destinee leads the recruitment process and works closely with new candidates as they begin their journey in the business. She is passionate about helping people develop confidence, build new skills, and take steps towards creating the future they want.
