A day at 7Miles is all about learning, developing, and taking action. We start by investing in our people through coaching, one-to-one mentoring, skills development, and ongoing training designed to help our Brand Ambassadors grow both personally and professionally.
From there, we head out into the field, representing the brands we work with through face-to-face conversations. Whether we’re meeting customers at their homes, speaking with businesses, or attending events, our goal is to create meaningful connections and help brands reach new customers.

How much do Brand Ambassadors get paid?
We work on a performance-based earnings model, which means your earnings are based entirely on results – not hours. The better you perform, the more you earn. There’s no cap, no limits – just you, your goals, and your hustle.
What does it mean to be a Brand Ambassador?
It means you’re the face of the brand. You’ll be speaking directly to customers – whether that’s at events, businesses, or door-to-door – sharing products, services, and causes you actually believe in.
What does it mean to be independent?
As an independent Brand Ambassador, you’re in control. You choose what days you work, and what you want to achieve. We provide the tools and support – the rest is up to you
What is Face-to-Face Sales?
It’s exactly what it sounds like: real conversations with real people. You’ll connect with customers face-to-face – whether that’s in their home, at an event, or in their workplace — to promote something you’re proud of.
How old do I need to be?
We welcome people of all ages, but you must be at least 18 or over. No upper age limit — just bring your energy and mindset.

Do I need experience to apply?
Nope. We’ve got you. We’ll teach you everything from scratch — all you need is a great attitude, willingness to learn, and people skills.
English isn’t my first language. Can I still apply?
Yes, 100%! You’ll need to speak confidently with customers, but we’ve coached many people who started off just like you. If you’ve got the right mindset, we’ll help you get fluent and flowing
Are there travel opportunities?
Absolutely. We host national and international trips throughout the year – including leadership retreats, coaching events, and five-star reward trips. Hit your targets, and you could be coming with us!
